Hi, I’m Sara (they/she).
I’m a therapist who wants to help you trust yourself and release the burdens you carry from shame, trauma, and criticism.
I want you to feel loved, appreciated, and supported unconditionally. By providing a space for you to practice awareness and positive self-regard, we’ll start to unpack the burdens weighing on you, being gentle and accommodating every step along the way.
Bit by bit, we can help you travel forward with greater clarity and ease, so that you can live a life that you feel aligns with your capacity and values.
Some of the modalities we’ll use include:
Feeling ready to start?
Here’s what you can expect:
-
During our connection call, we’ll both explore if we're the right fit to do this work together.
I’ll ask you the following questions:
What brings you to therapy?
What are you looking to gain from this experience?
What’s been your experience with therapy?
How would you know that therapy is working for you?
What changes would you see and feel?
How have you been caring for yourself in the midst of this current season of challenges?
I highly encourage you to ask any and all questions you would like, or to send them my way via email.

In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on understanding the changes you want to experience.
We’ll also take time to explore the key factors that have shaped where you are now.
By identifying the strengths you embody and the coping strategies you already use, we can orient our work and assess how we may choose to move forward.
-
As you engage in deeper vulnerability, you will experience shifts.
Sometimes, things may feel more tender before they become more steady—especially if you’ve been numbing, resisting, or distracting yourself for a long time.
This is a natural part of the process.
We’ll move through the discomfort together, helping you build consistency with new practices and see yourself through a lens of compassion, confidence, and capability.
